What is Lumen?
Lumen is a goal and habit tracker that turns a single goal into a plan you can act on. You answer five questions, and Lumen produces steps and substeps you can edit. Work that needs repeating becomes a daily route rather than a box you tick once.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Seven days with the full app and no card required. There are no feature tiers, so the trial is the same product a paying subscriber uses, not a reduced version of it.
How much does Lumen cost?
€6.99 a month paying directly on the web, €59.99 a year, or €149 once for lifetime access. Through Apple or Google Play the monthly price is €7.99. Every paid plan is the full app.
There are also a founding annual rate of €29.99 a year for the first 500 users, a family plan at €14.99 a month for up to five people, and one-off custom themes from €49 to €99.
Why does Lumen cost more on the App Store and Google Play?
Because the store takes a larger share of the payment. Buying through Apple or Google costs €7.99 a month instead of €6.99. Of that extra euro, roughly 85 cents is absorbed by the higher store commission and the remaining 15 cents sits inside normal operating costs.
Both routes activate the same account, and where you paid does not follow you around the app.
What does the AI in Lumen actually do?
It writes the first draft of a goal, and nothing else. A language model turns your five answers into steps and substeps, revises a step when you ask, and writes the wording inside a generated plan.
A person wrote every word of the interface, this site, the reminder templates, and these disclosures. Progress, streaks and completion figures are arithmetic on what you ticked off. No model decides anything about your account, your subscription, or your money.
The output is generated, and generated text can be wrong. It is a first draft, not professional advice, and every step stays editable for exactly that reason.
What does the AI see about me?
The text you wrote for that one goal and your five answers, and nothing else. Not your email, not your other goals, and not your history of completions. The provider acts on our instruction as a processor.
What happens to my goals if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You choose three goals to keep readable and the rest move to the archive. Subscribe again later and the structure and progress come back with them.
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and the plan does not renew again.
Can I get a refund?
As a consumer in the EU or the UK you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Lumen is digital content delivered the moment you subscribe, so you are asked to agree to immediate access, which ends that right once delivery has begun.
If you would rather keep the full 14 days, use the free trial first and subscribe afterwards.
What data does Lumen collect?
What it needs to run your account and your goals, and nothing for advertising. There are no trackers, no ad identifiers, and no data sold. You can export a copy of everything held about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account and its contents.
